Where’s my order?

Your order goes through the following steps once it has been placed. You will receive 3 emails: Order Confirmation, Shipment Confirmation and Delivery Status Notification.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that you will be able to track your order at https://www.17track.net/en.

Each piece is made-to-order and may take a bit longer to prepare than typical mass-manufactured goods. These are not off-the-shelf items—they're artisanal products made with passion and precision.

⏳ Processing Time

Please allow an additional 7-10 days for order processing before shipping. This ensures your item is made properly and meets our quality standards.


🌍 Cross-Border Shipping

Once shipped, international delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and local courier efficiency.

You will receive your order from 7 – 12 business days (depends on the destination) from the date that it is shipped out, not the date when the order is placed.
 
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or extreme weather conditions in some parts of the country, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

What if the package doesn’t arrive?

If you don’t get your package 30 days after it was shipped, please contact us at elemorn@mail.oneyfa.com. We’ll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.
